Experteer Overview As a Character Concept Artist, you will shape the visual direction for a new survival game by creating unique character concepts from sketch to final design. You will collaborate with the Art Director, 2D/3D artists, and Tech Art to ensure concepts fit the project’s visual style. You’ll translate references into compelling visuals, contribute weapon ideas, and push the aesthetics of character design. - 5+ years of experience as a Character Concept Artist in gamedev
- Strong portfolio with semi-realistic concepts and commercial work
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to visualize ideas from references
- Solid understanding of game/CG styles, and a broad visual library
- Deep knowledge of anatomy, composition, color theory, lighting, and form
