Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee governance, capacity building, data, reporting, and stakeholder engagement for PepsiCo’s Positive Agriculture goals. You will coordinate across multiple goals, manage the Sustainable Farming Program, and ensure alignment with pep+ 2030 delivery. You’ll enable local implementation, provide governance guidance, and bring external insights to inform goal evolution. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams and external consultants to drive impact and credibility in industry forums.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Oversee governance, capacity building, data, reporting, and stakeholder engagement for three Positive Agriculture goals (Sustainable Sourcing; Regenerate/Restore/Protect; Livelihoods).
- Manage the Sustainable Farming Program and internal assurance standards for sustainable sourcing of directly sourced crops.
- Lead annual goal delivery reporting, internal coordination, and contracting/financial approvals related to Positive Agriculture.
- Support execution teams with governance interpretation and pragmatic implementation to deliver impact.
- Coordinate a team including external consultants; stay abreast of regenerative agriculture trends to inform goal evolution.
- Represent PepsiCo in industry forums and maintain credibility of the PepsiCo approach.




- Serve as central knowledge hub and liaison among Pos ag project managers, reporting teams, controls, legal, HR, and regional delivery efforts.Responsabilidades
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability, agriculture, or supply chains
- Deep knowledge of sustainability certification schemes (e.G., Farm Sustainability Assessment - FSA) and audit/remediation protocols
- Excellent organizational and program management skills
- Strong data management abilities and proficiency with Excel and data systems
- Experience working in two or more geographic regions with diverse farming backgrounds
- 2+ years of experience addressing Human Rights topics globally
- Knowledge of auditing, verification, and certification methods (preferred)
- Knowledge of agriculture, agricultural supply chains, and procurement processes (plus)
- Knowledge of PepsiCo supply chains and sustainable sourcing rules (plus)Requisitos principales
- Salary range: 110700–185250 USD
- Bonus target: 12% of annual salary
