- Experience delivering CI/CD and cloud infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Belief in continuous delivery and value delivery to clients
- Full product lifecycle ownership including code, infrastructure, and on-call support
- Willingness to learn new languages/technologies
- Ability to balance quality with challenging deadlines
