Experteer Overview As IT Infrastructure Engineer, you design, implement and optimize networking and infrastructure to deliver reliable services. You will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to build robust, scalable solutions and apply software engineering to automate and modernize the environment. You ensure compliance with SLAs, OLAs and SLOs while reducing manual work through automation. This role supports Roche’s mission to expand access to healthcare by maintaining resilient IT foundations and enabling cross-functional teams to move quickly.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Ensure infrastructure runs to meet SLAs/OLAs/SLOs, and manage updates and patches to stay reliable - Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to design and maintain performance, availability, security, and compatibility of IT solutions - Apply software engineering principles to build and manage large-scale infrastructure products across their lifecycle - Provide self-service tooling to reduce infrastructure complexity - Manage ITSM processes and track incidents, problems, changes, requests,



and releases - Build relationships with customers, developers, and support teams, and potentially lead projects to meet goals and timelines - Ensure external vendors and service providers meet high standards - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging infrastructure technologies to tackle complex issues (data center, WAN/LAN, wireless, and automation)Responsabilidades - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering or equivalent - 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer - Cisco CCNP certification preferred - Experience with large, complex data networks (LAN, DCLAN, WAN, Wireless) - Experience working with external vendors and telecom carriers - Experience with infrastructure automation and automated provisioning of network devices - Experience with infrastructure automation tools, IaC, scripting, logging, monitoring and observability - Ability to work adaptable hours, occasional overtime, and on-call duties - Fluent in EnglishRequisitos principales -
