About The Job Within the COE Enabler Operations, the Provider Manager organizes, implements, and steers the operational relationship with suppliers, with the objective of maximizing the value delivered by these providers for the client business tribes and ecosystems.
What You Do Contribute to the selection of the SaaS vendor/publisher in case of sourcing changes (market analysis, offer benchmarking, analysis of licensing models and SLAs), define the expected service offering (business requirements, functional scope, SLRs, SLAs, performance and security conditions) in coordination with the OE and internal stakeholders, and ensure that changes impacting the service contract are properly taken into
