We are looking for German-speaking professionals with a strong background in customer service and sales, particularly in reservation upgrades, to join our dynamic and multicultural team in Málaga. YOUR ROLE - Deliver high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients - Manage reservation requests and promote upgrade opportunities - Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels - Contribute to a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Native or bilingual German and C1 level of English (minimum) - Previous experience in customer service and sales - Hospitality or tourism background is a plus - Based in Málaga or willing to relocate - Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset WHAT WE OFFER - Salary: € 1,791.66 gross/month (€21,500 gross/year) + €1,500 sign-on bonus . - Permanent contract (2-month probation). - Full-time position (39 hours/week)
