At Foundever, we are looking for Customer Experience Specialists to join an international luxury automotive project in Madrid.This opportunity is idóneo for professionals with experience in customer service who are looking to develop their career in a stable, international, and quality-focused environment, representing a prestigious automotive brand.What will your responsibilities be?Manage customer inquiries and requests through different communication channelsProvide a professional, efficient, and customer-oriented serviceHandle incidents and follow established processes and quality standardsEnsure an excellent customer experience in every interactionPerform administrative and follow-up tasks related to customer supportWhat do we offer?Permanent full-time contract (39h/week)Hybrid work modelRotating schedule from Monday to Friday between 07:50 and 20:00Salary from €22,100 gross/year, including language bonusAdditional availability bonus of up to €400 gross/month for weekend coverage outside regular working hoursFully paid initial training (3 weeks) from Monday to Friday,
