Experteer Overview In this role you will own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of Eaton's White Space portfolio across EMEA. You will identify market opportunities, define requirements, and collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations to drive profitable growth and innovation. The portfolio spans IT racks, PDUs, DC architectures, containment, PODs, modular infrastructure and data center software, contributing to Eaton's Grid-to-Chip approach for modern cloud and AI-ready data centers. You will work with integral teams to manage development to end-of-life and support GTM and launches, shaping high-impact solutions.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Bachelor in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field
- Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Business Development
- Experience within the Data Center industry
- Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure technologies
- Experience with White Space solutions (racks, rack PDUs, containment, PODs, modular infrastructure or similar technologies) is highly desirable
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization
