The successful candidate will contribute to the development of a cutting-edge, AI‑enhanced learning ecosystem and collaborate closely with academic faculty and industry stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to theresearch-based co-design and developmentof an innovative educational program integrating AI, energy transition, and entrepreneurship, grounded in emerging industry trends and pedagogical innovation.Design and implementexperiential and data-informed learning methodologies, including simulations, venture creation frameworks, and multi‑agent learning environments involving entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate actors.Investigate and integrateArtificial Intelligence as both a research object and an enabling toolwithin the learning process (e.G., AI-supported decision-making, collaborative platforms,



and adaptive learning systems).Support faculty in translating research‑driven program design intoengaging, evidence-based learning experiencesacross executive education formats (in‑person, hybrid, and digital).Act as aresearch‑informed teaching assistantduring program delivery, contributing to session facilitation, learning design evaluation, and student engagement ntribute to the design and execution ofexperimental academic interventions, such as startup labs, investment simulations, pitch experiments, and applied challenges in collaboration with industry partners.Engage incontinuous research and iterative improvementof the program through feedback analysis, learning analytics, and emerging educational technologies.RequirementsResearch Field Management sciences Education Level Ph D or equivalentSkills/QualificationsPh D or equivalent research experience in business, innovation, entrepreneurship, education, AI applications, or related fields. Knowledge of the energy sector is highly desirable.Proven experience inresearch, instructional design, educational innovation, or applied academic projects.Strong understanding ofAI applications in business and education, with a research‑oriented and experimental mindset.Ability to design and evaluateinnovative learning methodologiesgrounded in empirical or practice‑based research.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with experience collaborating in multidisciplinary research environments (academia, industry, and policy stakeholders).Comfortable working indynamic, project‑based, and research‑intensive environments, particularly within EU‑funded initiatives.Where to applyE-mail [email protected]
