:HUGO BOSS is seeking two Sales Associates to join in one of our store team located in La Roca Outlet (Barcelona).In the role as a Sales Associate, you are passionate about our products & brand to provide Customer Service Excellence at all times whilst building a loyal customer to drive commercial success.- 30 hours per week.- Previous Experiences as a Sales Associate ( Experience in Outlet or high-volume sales areas in retail highly valued)- KPIS and previous experience.- Inmediate incorporation.Responsabilidades:- Follow all provided action plans to improve productivity- Supporting in all operations for loss prevention & stock management- Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets Customer Service.- Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers- Establish a customer centric mindset to ensure customer experience- Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management- Support store management in transaction, complaint & return handlingProcesses&Systems- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology- Follow all company policies (Health & Safety, Store Operations Manual, Retail Teamwear, etc.)Requisitos:- Demonstrated experience of retail sales in a luxury brand environment- Willing to adapt and take on new challenges- Always presents a professional image- Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities- Professionalism is maintained under all circumstances- Fuent english c1 Advantaged.- Another Languaje is a plus.
