Role OverviewAsegúrese de presentar su candidatura con toda la información solicitada, tal como se expone en la descripción del puesto a continuación.We are looking for a highly execution-driven Regional Business Leader to lead E-MAGE's market entry, business development and project delivery across Southern Europe, with an initial focus on France, Spain, Portugal and Italy.This role is best suited to a senior leader from the power transmission EPC sector who combines strong market and client-development capabilities with proven experience in managing multiple projects, building local teams and delivering complex transmission projects.Key Responsibilities1. Market Entry and Business Development- Develop and execute E-MAGE's market-entry strategy for Southern Europe.- Identify priority clients, projects, partners and routes to market.- Build relationships with TSOs, DSOs, utilities, renewable-energy developers and EPC partners.- Lead project opportunities from initial engagement through tendering, negotiation and contract award.- Build a sustainable regional opportunity pipeline and deliver agreed revenue targets.2. Program and Project Delivery- Lead multiple transmission-line projects across Southern Europe.- Take overall responsibility for project schedule, cost, quality, contractual performance and HSE.- Establish and implement a program-level project management system.- Translate client requirements into practical engineering and project-execution plans.- Ensure successful delivery of E-MAGE's lighthouse projects in the region.3. Client and Stakeholder Management- Serve as a senior representative of E-MAGE with clients, industry partners and other key stakeholders.- Develop trusted relationships with client decision-makers and technical teams.- Support client adoption of E-MAGE's technologies through strong technical, commercial and delivery credibility.- Coordinate with relevant regulatory, engineering and industry stakeholders where required.4.



Team Building and Leadership- Build and lead the regional business development, engineering and project-delivery teams.- Establish clear responsibilities, performance expectations and accountability.- Drive effective collaboration between the Southern European team and general headquarters, particularly the design, technology, supply-chain and manufacturing functions.- Develop a high-performance, commercially focused and execution-driven culture.5. Operational and Delivery Excellence- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.- Establish appropriate regional governance, reporting and risk-management processes.- Drive continuous improvement across business development and project execution.- Identify and manage commercial, contractual, technical and operational risks.Qualifications- Significant leadership experience within the power transmission and distribution sector, preferably gained in an EPC company.- Proven experience as a Regional Business Leader, Business Director, Program Director, Project Director or in a comparable senior leadership position.- Strong track record of developing and delivering high-voltage transmission-line or other major grid-infrastructure projects.- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end business development, including client engagement, tendering, commercial negotiations and contract award.- Established knowledge of the Southern European power market and experience working with regional TSOs, DSOs or major utilities.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and take responsibility for overall business and project performance.- Demonstrated ability to build and lead local, cross-functional teams.- Strong client-facing, negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities.- Fluency in English and at least one major Southern European language, preferably Spanish, Italian or Portuguese.- Willingness to travel frequently across Southern Europe. xqysrnhHay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
