The RoleUltimech is looking for a Freelance Sales Partner to drive new business by selling IT consulting services based on freelance talent. This role is fully autonomous and results-driven, ideal for someone comfortable with performance-based compensation and long-term client relationships.You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, understanding their project needs, and placing freelance IT consultants on medium- to long-term engagements. Key Responsibilities· Identify and approach potential clients with IT staffing or project needs· Understand client requirements and propose suitable freelance consultants· Negotiate commercial terms and close deals· Build and maintain long-term client relationships· Collaborate with Ultimech to ensure smooth consultant onboarding and project delivery Compensation Model (Performance-Based Salary)· No fixed base salary during the first year· Compensation is salary-like and performance-based, not a traditional commission· Example scenario (minimum expected performance):1 consultant placed per month€150 daily margin per consultant (20% of the margin is for you)Average contract duration: 6 monthsEquivalent annual income: approximately €36,000· Compensation structure can be reviewed after the first year, not beforeThis model rewards consistency and long-term placements rather than one-off deals.
