Job OverviewThe PMO Support provides the operational backbone for the Cybersecurity Portfolio. You will be responsible for maintaining the "single source of truth" forall security projects. Your goal is to optimize project delivery by standardizing processes, tracking resource allocation, and generating the reporting data necessary for executive oversight. You are the bridge between individual Project Managers and Portfolio leadership.50 – 60 Euros per dayKey Responsibilities:Portfolio Reporting: Consolidate status reports from various security workstreams into a unified dashboard for the Portfolio Lead and CISO.Financial Tracking: Assist in tracking spend against budget, managing invoices, and flagging potential overruns before they become issues.Resource Management: Monitor team capacity and allocations to ensure that critical security engineering resources are not over-leveraged.Methodology Governance:



Ensure all projects adhere to the defined PMO framework and maintain high-quality documentation.Risk & Issue Logs: Maintain the centralized Portfolio RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), ensuring that blockers are escalated timely.Qualifications and Experience:3–5 years of experience in a PMO, Project Coordination, or Analyst role.Hyper-Organized: You are the person who notices if a project update is missing or if a date doesnt align.Analytical Mindset: You dont just move data; you look for trends (e.G., "This team is consistently delayed by 2 weeks in the testing phase ").Proactive Communication: Comfortable chasing busy Technical Leads for updates without being a nuisance.Language skills: Business level English is a must.
