ОписаниеShalion is a B2B SaaS scale-up growing its recurring revenue business from €10M to €30M ARR across entities in Spain and the US.Задачи- Own all accounting operations, including AP, AR, billing, and General Ledger- Ensure accurate monthly and year-end close and prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements- Oversee multi-currency transactions and lead financial consolidation across Spain and US entities- Monitor cash flow and runway, bank reconciliations, payment controls, and supplier payments- Partner with the CFO on reporting and FP&A, including variance analysis, board reporting, SaaS KPIs, annual budgeting, and forecasting- Spearhead implementation of new tools and systems, including a new ERP- Define accounting processes and methodologies- Drive automation of administrative workflows to support scaling transaction volumes- Liaise with HR on payroll execution and correct accounting treatment- Oversee external tax advisors for local and international tax compliance, including Transfer Pricing between ES and US entities- Work with external legal counsel on corporate books, annual filings, and regulatory requirements- Lead the annual external audit as the primary point of contact for auditors- Prepare supporting audit documentation and ensure timely resolution of findings- Design the Accounting & Admin team's growth roadmap- Hire, onboard,
