About Us : RedspherRedspher is a dynamic international Group operating in thetransportation and logistics industry .We are committed toleveraging technology, data, and innovationto drive operational efficiency, optimize pricing strategies, and support sustainable growth across the Group.Main ObjectiveWe are looking to have a board of AI experts, people who can “on-request” help us, kickstart our projects, bootstrap them, follow up our advancement and be our coach and expert in the long run for a few hours per month per project.Support the Group’s strategic initiatives by initiating and deliveringforecasting, predictive analytics, and dynamic pricing models, with a strong focus onprice prediction and revenue optimization .Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from complex datasets to influencestrategic and operational decision-making, particularly in atransport and logistics environment .Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy predictive models, with a strong emphasis on dynamic pricing and price optimization.Build/use off the shelfrobust forecasting models, leveraging past experience onsuccessful forecasting projects(demand, revenue, cost, or pricing-related).Work in aGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP) environmentto use or develop, deploy, and maintain data and AI solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Finance, Operations, IT) across the Group to implement AI-driven solutions.Translate complex analytical outputs intoclear, actionable business insights, with a strong focus on business logic and operational understanding.Contribute in a part-time, shared, or on-demand model,



potentially working with other companies in parallel.Required Skills & ExperienceMust-have (Priority):Proven experience as a Data Scientist with hands‑on expertise in price prediction, dynamic pricing, or pricing optimization models.Demonstrated successful experience on at least one forecasting project, from design to delivery and business adoption.Strong background in forecasting, predictive modeling, and advanced statistical methods.Experience working in a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment(BigQuery, Vertex AI, or equivalent).Proficiency in Python (mandatory), with good command of SQL; experience with Ris a plus.Ability to work with large, complex, and multi-source datasets.Additional requirements:Strong business orientation, with the ability to understand business logic and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.Understanding of transportationUnderstanding of offer/demand economicsSolid understanding of how data models impact pricing, revenue, costs, and operational performance.Previous experience in the transport, logistics, supply chain, or mobility sector is strongly preferred.Excellent communication skills in English (working language of the Group).Comfortable working in a consulting‑style, autonomous, and multi‑client environment.High adaptability and ability to deliver value in a part‑time / shared engagement.Engagement ModelType:Part‑time / shared role with other companies / remoteAvailability:On‑demand, depending on project phasesDuration : Several months, extendable based on project progress and business needsLocation:Versátil / remote (international profiles welcome)Recognition:Project certificate from Redspher GroupCompensationDay rate:€400 – €800, adjustable based on experience, expertise in dynamic pricing, location, and level of commitment.Suitable for: part‑time or shared engagements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
