- Ensure the reliability of data from different sources
- Maintain and develop dashboards for the operations team
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and identify growth levers
- Conduct in-depth analyses across Operations, Quality, and HR, including recruitment and upskilling
- Propose operational improvements
- Automate bonus calculations for a sales team of over 400 people across France and Spain
- Automate team tasks by creating innovative tools
- Implement alerting systems to identify potential issues and anticipate market changes





Требования:

- Graduate of an engineering or business school
- Passionate about data and digital
- Rigorous, resourceful, and independent
- Comfortable with SQL, data processing, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Data Studio
- Good level of English
- Good level of French
- Nice to have: Data science skills
