NiQNoQ is a growing nicotine pouch distribution company building its B2B sales team in Valencia.

We are looking for motivated, ambitious and sales-driven people who want to join us at an early stage and help build our customer network across Valencia and surrounding areas.

We are currently hiring:
- 1 Sales Team Leader
- 3 Field Sales Representatives
- 1 Telesales Representative

Requirements – All Positions
- Fluent Spanish and English – mandatory
- Previous sales experience is highly valued
- Must be familiar with nicotine pouches / snus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and professional personality
- Highly motivated and target-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Reliable, organized and proactive
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Based in Valencia or surrounding areas

Field Sales Representative – Requirements
- Valid driving licence – mandatory
- Own car – mandatory
- Comfortable travelling throughout Valencia and surrounding areas




- Comfortable visiting businesses and speaking directly with owners/managers
- Previous B2B or field sales experience is a strong advantage

The role involves regular travel to customers using your own vehicle.

Field Sales Representative – Responsibilities
- Acquire new B2B customers
- Visit potential customers in person
- Present NiQNoQ products and commercial offers
- Build and manage your own customer portfolio
- Take orders and follow up with customers
- Develop long-term relationships with customers
- Generate recurring orders
- Follow up with existing customers regularly
- Represent NiQNoQ and our brands professionally
- Record customer visits, offers, orders and sales in our systems
- Work towards individual sales targets

Our target customers include estancos, vape shops, tobacconists, convenience stores, minimarkets and other relevant B2B retailers.
