Experteer Overview In this role you support Bunge Global Sanctions Compliance by handling sanctions, AML, anti-boycott, and related regulatory tasks. You’ll perform due diligence on counterparties, manage third-party screening, and help maintain compliance policies and training. You’ll collaborate with Legal and broader teams to implement changes and share updates on regulations. This is a hands-on compliance position with impact on risk management and general operations.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Conduct counterparty due diligence reviews including ownership research and sanctions screening
- Perform vessels due diligence activities
- Maintain counterparty screening matrices and case files
- Support Third Party Management Program reviews and onboarding documentation
- Stay current on sanctions, AML, anti-corruption laws and notify management of changes
- Assist updates to compliance guidance, policies, and training materials




- Update relevant personnel on changes to laws and regulations
- Develop checklists for compliance procedures and screening requirements
- Maintain logs and case files for compliance data
- Support training development and delivery on compliance topicsResponsabilidades
- Minimum 2 years in a compliance-focused role related to sanctions, export controls or regulatory work
- Juris Doctorate or Masters or LLB or equivalent bachelor degree with relevant experience
- Proficiency in English; second language is a plus
- Strong communication and business partnering skills
- Experience with global collaboration or project management
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
