Experteer Overview As an experienced Product Manager, you will own ERP-focused products end-to-end for Unit4’s customers across government, education, nonprofits and professional services. You’ll lead discovery, shape definitions, and collaborate with designers and an AI-assisted development team to ship rapidly and iterate post-launch. You’ll turn insights into prioritized requirements and define a clear product direction, driving adoption and real customer impact. - Own the product lifecycle from discovery to ongoing releases and maintenance
- Run discovery with customers and prospects to identify problems worth solving
- Turn insights into sharp product definitions and prioritized requirements
- Manage backlog, release plan, and quality bar for the product




- Partner with designers and an AI-assisted development team to ship to a high standard
- Co-design with customers in working sessions with user researchers
- Scale discovery through multi-customer sessions and large research cohorts to shape direction

- Deep domain expertise in HR, finance, or project management software; ERP experience is a plus
