- Lead complex urban planning projects, including drafting planning instruments, urbanization projects, and feasibility analyses
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, planners, environmentalists, sociologists, economists, lawyers)

- 15+ years of experience in described functions
- Extensive experience in Spanish urban planning, planning processing (tramitación urbanística), and land development
- Interest in urban planning, strategic consultancy, planning, processing, and land development
- Knowledge of CAD and ArcGIS
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Full professional competence in Spanish and high level of English (C1)
