Identify operational improvement opportunities by analyzing service performance data and conducting deep dives across markets; Prioritize opportunities based on their potential impact on key business metrics, business context and required effort; Identify and lead initiatives to improve partner satisfaction, contact ratio, service-related costs and partner churn; Own projects end-to-end from problem identification and hypothesis validation through execution, rollout and impact tracking; Coordinate multiple initiatives and stakeholders by creating clear priorities,



action plans and follow-ups; Create and optimize Partner and Agent Experience processes and propose self-service improvements across HelpCenter and Partner Support flows; Work closely with Commercial teams to understand partner needs and align support processes with business requirements; Contribute to the rollout and adaptation of new service processes and product solutions across markets; Identify solutions that can be replicated and scaled globally.
