Experteer Overview In this role you will lead global, full-service clinical research projects, guiding them from startup to closeout. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality, and serve as the primary client contact. You will participate in bid defenses and proposals, while upholding company standards and procedures. This position offers remote or hybrid work in Barcelona or Madrid and emphasizes people development within a stable, innovation-driven CRO.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Attend bid defense meetings and contribute to proposals and client presentations
- Implement company standard practices and comply with intradepartmental proceduresResponsabilidades
- Recent clinical research experience as project manager or equivalent
- General or regional clinical project management experience from startup to closure
- Therapeutic experience in oncology and/or GI, including IBD, Ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease (preferred)
- Experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects (preferred)
- BSc in Life Sciences (or MSc) or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Confident negotiation ability
