- Lead architectural project development from concept through construction, ensuring coherence, buildability, and cost control
- Develop and oversee design packages, specifications, and construction documentation for clarity and rigor
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, sustainability, and specialist consultants for integrated solutions

- Review project documentation for accuracy and consistency

- Degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture
- 10-15 years of professional experience
- Strong design and graphic skills
- Proficiency in BIM environments and software (Revit, AutoCAD)
- Experience in developing construction details and technical solutions for complex projects
- Construction phase supervision experience (site visits, issue resolution)
- Experience delivering projects in Spain with knowledge of local regulations (CTE, LOE, EHE)
