Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the ServiceNow platform to enable shopfloor operations and Operational Excellence. You will work with global stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and provide technical leadership to a cross-functional team. The position blends business consulting with system engineering in a dynamic, international environment, with a hybrid work setup. You will drive architectural standards, platform optimization, and continuous improvement to deliver high‑quality applications.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Define and enforce ServiceNow architectural standards aligned with best practices, scalability, security, and maintainability
- Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert advising on platform optimization and improvement opportunities
- Support development teams in design, development, qualification, and maintenance of complex ServiceNow applications
- Drive software engineering best practices including code reviews, Agile, and CI/CD approaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, set technical direction, and deliver tools and enhancements




- Ensure deliverables comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including code, testing activities, and development standardsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development and architecture (ITSM, integrations, scoped applications)
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, REST API integrations, data modeling, ACLs, and application scoping
- Hands-on experience with update sets and deployment strategies within ServiceNow
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, Agile, and code quality standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an international environment
- Fluent business English with excellent written and verbal communication
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, ITSM, or CIS are advantageous
