We are proud to have a integral network of leading experts, who are driven by passion to deliver.We are looking for a Debit Collection Analyst in Madrid office!Job functions:Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, annual and other periodic reports, as well as other one-off reports on demand.Perform ad hoc reports and provide analysis support as needed.Develop analysis and presentations for senior management.Analyze current business performance and make recommendations for improvement.Provide accurate reporting and analysis of performance against historical data and budget in order to facilitate decision making.Support DC management,



legal management and financial management related issues.Support the development and implementation of different projects in collection area.Put forward proposals for the necessary actions to improve the company’s financial and/or other indexes.Development and Monitor collection KPI’s (Recovery Rate, PTP and Kept PTP, Gross Efficiency etc.)Qualifications:University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration or similar.At least 1 years’ experience in a similar position.Understanding of lending and collection managementDesirable 1 year experience in lending products, debt collection management or financial analysis, preferably, in a financial institution or a Big 4.Other skills:Strong data analysis and reporting skills.Fluent English (spoken and written).Advanced SQL, any dialectsStrong knowledge of databases and data warehouses.Advanced Excel skills.Experience with Power BI is a plus.We offer:Permanent contract.A great work environment, both inside and outside the petitive Social Benefits such as: Private medical insurance, Birthday Gift, Gym benefits, baby birth gift..Flexible working hours: Monday to Thursday: start between 8:00–10:00 a.M., finish between 5:00–7:00 p.M.
