This is a great opportunity for an experienced cosmetics professional who wants to take a key role in the technical development of a company and work at the intersection of cosmetic science, formulation, innovation and product development. Your role You will be responsible for leading the company’s technical and R&D activities, including: Development and optimisation of cosmetic formulations Management and coordination of R&D projects Technical documentation and product specifications Evaluation of raw materials, ingredients and suppliers Collaboration with suppliers,



laboratories and external partners Driving innovation and new product development Coordination of the technical/R&D team Working with digital tools and systems supporting cosmetic R&D We’re looking for Solid experience in cosmetic R&D and formulation Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and product development Experience managing R&D projects and/or technical teams Analytical, organised and hands‑on approach Ability to work cross‑functionally with production, regulatory, purchasing and commercial teams Fluent Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus Basedin or willing to work in the Barcelona area This is a senior position with significant responsibility and impact within the company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
