Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and optimize account strategies for OEM/ODM major accounts, ensuring top-quality support and delivery performance. You will coordinate multi-site teams to exceed expectations, own pre- and post-sales outcomes, and drive growth through next-generation data center initiatives. You will manage customer relationships at executive levels and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline. - Set account goals for OEM/ODM major accounts
- Manage customer escalations and RMAs
- Coordinate across multiple sites and functions to exceed expectations
- Own pre-sales, post-sales, and customer satisfaction outcomes
- Drive growth and maintain opportunity pipeline
- Manage executive-level relationships
- Lead site-focused efficiency programs and initiatives
- On-site and offline data center relationship management and growth through next-generation solutions




- Ensure delivery against customer satisfaction KPIs across sites
- Improve communication and document actions, owners, and due dates
- Drive process improvements and best practices across multi-sites
- Ensure programs execute to contract and meet key KPIs
- Track business risks and report to SMC
- Collaborate with Sales Account Manager for quarterly business reviews and standard reporting
- Schedule and lead recurring customer touchpoints with Sales and internal teamsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- MBA is a plus
- Minimum 10 years of sales/account/customer success management experience
- Experience in large IT or data center services
- Knowledge of AI solutions / GPUs is a plus
- Strong operations, technical, people, and process skills
- Understanding of strategic impact across sites
