We believe we play a fundamental role in students' journey to independence.The right people are essential in this.Would you like to contribute to this as Operations Assistantin Barcelona?We are looking for a dynamic, versatileOperations Assistant, who is eager to join a student residence with 140 rooms in Barcelona. You will be working inan educational environment, with an exclusive package of services and accommodation in an exceptional location.- You take care of the customer service; you help students at the counter, by mail, and over the phone- You manage reservations and therefore thecheck-in and check-out process. You provide our students with the necessary keys,cards and information- You accompanyvisitors and future clients during open days,
