Experteer Overview Join Sevensense by ABB as an experienced Robotic Applications Engineer within the Robotic Systems team to bridge product development and real-world deployments. You’ll work across Sant Quirze del Vallès (Barcelona) and Zurich, collaborating with project, support, and Ru0026amp; D teams to diagnose field issues, improve performance, and validate new features. You’ll contribute hands-on with robotic platforms and help drive customer success and product evolution. - Provide expert technical guidance during integration, commissioning and operation of deployed systems
- Investigate field issues and perform root-cause analysis with Ru0026D to deliver scalable solutions
- Develop tools and software adaptations to improve diagnostics and integration
- Collect and analyze field feedback to identify product gaps and drive development
- Work hands-on with robotic platforms to validate features and verify fixes




- Collaborate across project, support and customer-facing teams to ensure customer successResponsabilidades
- 3+ years of industrial experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or related fields
- Strong Python software engineering and debugging skills
- Experience with Linux-based systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with localization, mapping, navigation, perception, or AMRs
- Experience with ROS/ROS2
- Proven ability to perform root-cause analysis and drive resolution across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, project, and customer-facing teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites
