We are looking for a dynamic and customer-orientedField Application Specialist & Field Sales Representative (FAS & FSR)to join our Diagnostics Business Unit.This hybrid role combines Comunidad de Madrid y Castilla la Mancha.You will act as a trusted advisor to laboratories, supporting them both scientifically and commercially while contributing to sustainable business growth.In this role you will:Application & Technical SupportProvide technical, clinical and scientific support to customersDefine and optimize laboratory workflows together with clientsConfigure Sysmex solutions and manage installation processes from setup to go-liveDeliver user training in accordance with Sysmex IFULead product demonstrations and scientific presentationsCollaborate with Technical Service, ICSI, Business Sector Managers and other internal teamsEnsure accurate reporting of activities in CRMSales & Business DevelopmentPromote Sysmex products and services within the assigned territoryDevelop tailored solutions based on customer needs (workflow studies, scientific support, etc.)Define sales strategies together with the BS Manager and Regional Sales ManagerPrepare economic offers,
