Position: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Barcelona
Start Date: September 2026 / October 2026
Languages: Dutch (professional proficiency – required), English (fluent – required). Any additional language is a plus.

Your responsibilities:

- Recruiting Tech and Sales professionals for the Dutch or Benelux market

- Active sourcing and qualifying IT talent

- Building and developing your own client portfolio (Netherlands/Benelux)

- Winning new clients through calls, emails, and networking

- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle

- Building a strong network of candidates and clients

- Successfully xqbhyrx matching candidates with clients
