Experteer Overview In this role you guide and accelerate innovation across the Plan-to-Produce process, acting as the internal expert on experimentation, emerging technologies, and new methods of working. You shape the innovation portfolio, prioritize opportunities, and drive pilots and transitions that unlock value. You partner with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into practical improvements and enterprise capabilities. You’ll lead high-impact, visible initiatives that advance the company’s transformation agenda.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Serve as a subject matter expert on innovation, experimentation, and emerging capabilities within the Plan-to-Produce process
- Build and manage the VCO innovation portfolio to prioritize opportunities and advance experimentation
- Identify unmet business needs and opportunities through engagement with planners, schedulers, optimizers, and stakeholders
- Research emerging technologies and trends in planning, optimization, analytics, automation, AI, and digital decision support; translate into actionable opportunities
- Apply structured experimentation methods and evaluation criteria to assess opportunities
- Lead pilots, prototypes, proofs of concept, and other complex innovation initiatives
- Evaluate business challenges and opportunities to recommend solutions, investments,



and transformation pathways
- Assess feasibility, scalability, readiness, alignment, and value to guide progression or retirement decisions
- Support development of best practices and repeatable methodologies for experimentation
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing innovation initiatives with moderate complexity
- Own innovation initiatives through pilot evaluation and transition readiness, coordinating with implementation teams
- Synthesize findings into recommendations that influence process improvements and technology investmentsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Senior role requires 4+ years in innovation, optimization, operations research, analytics, or digital transformation with cross-functional leadership
- Lead role requires 8+ years in similar disciplines with cross-functional leadership and complex initiatives
