Experteer Overview In this role you drive planning and improvements for SWA forecasting within EU operations, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, cost-aware capacity and customer experience. You apply data-driven analysis to ambiguous challenges, shaping long-term solutions and scaling processes across the organization. You will partner with tech and operations leaders to publish and improve SWA forecasts and capacity plans.
