Dental Technician + English | International Trainer & Technical Support (CAD/CAM)
Are you a dental technician and do you speak English? If you meet these two requirements, we are looking to add your profile to the technical team. You will be the key figure in technical training and incident resolution for the international network of distributors and clients, focusing on the management of design libraries and digital workflow.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Technical Support: Incident resolution (remote and on-site) for distributors and clients regarding the use of products and libraries in their daily practice.
Training & Education: Design, development, and execution of technical training programs (initial and continuous) aimed at distributors and the international sales team.
Content Creation: Development of technical support materials for the Training and Marketing departments.
International Representation: Technical support and active participation in international talks, conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Education: Dental Technician, Dental Laboratory Manager,



or Degree in Dentistry. (Mandatory requirement)
Languages: High and fluent level of English for daily use in an international environment. (Mandatory requirement)
Hard Skills: Mastery of CAD-CAM and knowledge of design libraries (Exocad and 3Shape).
Experience: Proven background in technical support, ideally also in the execution of technical training programs.
Soft Skills: Strong commercial profile, excellent communication skills, and high customer service orientation.
WORKING CONDITIONS & MODEL
Location: On-site work. Barcelona (Maresme area).
Travel: Availability to travel.
