Experteer Overview In this role you will own a product end-to-end within Unit4’s ERP-focused software for government, education, nonprofits, and professional services. You will lead discovery, define requirements, and collaborate with design and AI-assisted engineering to ship and continuously improve the product. You’ll validate problems with customers, prioritize the backlog, and track adoption to maximize impact. This is a hands-on role with close customer interaction and a clear path from idea to live product and ongoing enhancements.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Own the product through its full lifecycle: discovery, definition, build, launch, and ongoing releases.
- Lead discovery with customers and prospects to identify high-value problems and shape solutions.
- Translate insights into sharp product definitions and prioritized requirements.
- Prioritize ruthlessly; own backlog, release plan, and quality bar.




- Collaborate daily with designers and an AI-assisted development team to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Co-design with customers in working sessions with user researchers.
- Scale discovery processes to synthesize signals from large input sources into clear direction.
- Ensure the product is adopted and delivers impact, not just shipped.Responsabilidades
- Seasoned product manager with lifecycle ownership across research, requirements, design, and launch
- Deep domain expertise in HR, finance, or project management software; ERP experience a plus
- Comfortable working directly with customers, designers, product marketing, and sales
