So far, sales has largely been founder-led.Now we're looking for the person who can help turn that into a repeatable sales engine.Not someone to create slides about Go-to-Market. Someone who actually sells.Your OpportunityYou won't be joining an established sales organization.You'll shape it.This is our first dedicated sales hire and one of the most important roles in the company.You own the pipeline end to end: You find the clinics, you pick up the phone, you run the demo, you follow up,



you close — and you bring what you hear in the market straight back to the founders.You'll work directly with the founders and become one of the people closest to our customers and market.If you're excited about joining early, taking real ownership and potentially growing into a commercial leadership role as River scales, this could be for you.What You'll Do - (90% Hands on, 10% Strategic)Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → first call → demo → follow-up → closeBuild pipeline across aesthetic clinics & plastic surgeons, initially Spain and EuropeYou are not too proud for anything: Cold calls, 6th follow-ups, manual research, sending the voice note on a Friday evening, whatever gets the clinic to answerRun discovery calls, product demos, negotiations and closingBuild genuine relationships with clinic owners, doctors and industry leadersUse modern sales automation intelligently, while being perfectly comfortable
