WalletConnect is seeking an Engineering Manager to report to the CTO and scale the Financial Services engineering team, the group behind DeFi access, treasury management, and security & compliance. You will lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, drive the roadmap with Product, uphold high quality and velocity, and mentor engineers.
This role is not primarily hands-on coding, but you will still contribute technically when helpful, without becoming the bottleneck.
