Position: Business Development Manager.Location: Remote/hybridEmployment type: Full-time or ContractorRemuneration: Base salary + commission DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive expansion across European markets by identifying and securing new business opportunitiesAcquire and onboard new clients, IBs, affiliates, and strategic partnersManage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to onboarding and activationBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximise revenue growthRepresent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunitiesMonitor market trends and competitor activity across the EU regionCollaborate closely with internal teams including retention, dealing,



and marketingAchieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targetsMaintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting. REQUIREMENTS:Fluent/ native in English with good proficiency in both writing and communication. Any other European language is a plusProven experience in business development within Forex, CFD, iGaming, or FinTechStrong existing network within European financial or trading marketsExperience managing IBs, affiliates, or partner distribution channelsExcellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and drive regional growth initiativesFluent in English; additional European languages are a plusSolid understanding of trading products, platforms, and financial markets.
