Experteer Overview In this role you will own and evolve large-scale AWS cloud solutions, balancing architecture, security, and cost efficiency. You lead cross-functional technical teams, align cloud initiatives with strategic goals, and ensure smooth delivery through backlog and project follow-up. You will design scalable, secure AWS architectures and drive automation with IaC practices. This position offers the chance to shape migration plans, governance across accounts, and adoption of AWS-native solutions to boost performance and reliability. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust cloud platforms.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Lead and mentor the engineering team, guiding task delivery and resolving blockers
- Coordinate daily operations and workload assignment (JIRA) to align with project objectives
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure AWS architectures using EC2, S3, RDS,



Lambda, VPC, IAM, EKS/ECS, and CloudFormation/CDK/Terraform
- Automate infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK; uphold IaC governance and security
- Enforce AWS security best practices (IAM governance, KMS, networking) and multi-account governance (Organizations, SCPs, Control Tower)
- Participate in stakeholder and project follow-up meetings (Landing Zone, migration planning) and oversee cloud migration progress
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and advocate for AWS-native solutions to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with development, operations, security, and architecture teams to translate business needs into secure cloud solutionsResponsabilidades
