These are not standard events. In this role, you will work from early-stage definition to final execution , owning the full operational strategy of each project.



You will not just execute — you will define how the event should be operated. End-to-End Ownership of Complex Events
Lead the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity events
Own projects from early planning stages through execution
Define how the event should be run — not just how to execute it
Work closely with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams
Support local teams in executing complex setups
Complex events are delivered without relying on existing playbooks
New operational models are designed, tested, and reused
Projects move forward without constant supervision or escalation
Experience leading projects end-to-end
Strong stakeholder management : you influence without authority
Exposure to live events or large-scale physical operations
Analytical skills (Excel, SQL) are a plus
Fluent in Spanish and English required
