Role Summary & Primary PurposeYou will serve as a core growth engine by generating qualified sales opportunities and constructing a healthy pipeline across German-speaking territories via active, high-frequency outreach.

Complete 60 to 70 cold calls daily to key decision-makers at target e-commerce companies.
Research, map out, and engage prospective SMB and mid-market accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Start meaningful dialogue, uncover core business challenges, and pitch our discovery platform as the premier solution.
Evaluate inbound and outbound leads, booking verified demo calls for the Account Executive team.
Execute multi-channel outreach strategies combining cold phone calls, customized email sequences, and LinkedIn engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Criteria

Hands-on experience in phone-focused, high-volume outbound B2B prospecting.
Demonstrated history of hitting or exceeding daily activity expectations and monthly meeting quotas.
