We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing team in Madrid.
Core Responsibilities
You will drive our market expansion across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) by generating high-quality leads and booking qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Your primary focus will be high-volume, structured outbound outreach.
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
Execute 60–70 cold calls daily to target decision-makers across the DACH region.
Research, map, and engage SMB and mid-market prospect accounts.
Uncover prospect pain points and demonstrate the value of our search solution.
Qualify incoming interest and secure meetings for the AE team.
Run multi-channel outreach campaigns blending phone, email, and LinkedIn touchpoints.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Qualifications
Practical experience in B2B cold calling and phone-based outreach.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity targets and meeting quotas.
High resilience, active listening skills, and strong objection-handling ability over the phone.
Hands-on experience with CRMs and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
