Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Barcelona. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and promote Unita Worldwide’s B2B platform to prospective clients and partners. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, developing outreach strategies,



preparing and delivering presentations, and managing the end-to-end sales and partnership development cycle. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine value propositions, gathering client feedback to inform product and service improvements, and tracking performance metrics to ensure revenue and growth targets are met.
Qualifications

Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
Relationship management and partnership-building capabilities, with experience engaging businesses, investors, and service providers.
