What you’ll be doing: Engineering Leadership: Direct people management of an international engineering team, transitioning from a contractor setup to a high-performing internal unit. Platform Evolution: Leading the roadmap for modern Data Lakehouse and Data Mesh pilots. Architecture & Governance: Building robust batch ingestion pipelines, medallion architecture, and enforcing top-tier observability. What we’re looking for: Leadership Tenure: 5+ years in direct line management (10+ years total tech experience). Domain Focus: Core Data Engineering background (not BI/Analytics) within scale-up digital product or Saa S environments (no consulting background).
