Experteer Overview You will own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of Eaton’s White Space portfolio across EMEA. You’ll identify market opportunities, define product requirements and partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations to drive profitable growth in a strategic data center segment. This role contributes to a Grid-to-Chip approach for modern cloud, colocation and AI-driven data centers. - Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the White Space portfolio
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from development to end-of-life
- Own product profitability and pricing strategy
- Gather customer insights and monitor market trends

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field
- Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Business Development
- Experience within the Data Center industry
- Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure technologies
- Experience with White Space solutions (racks, rack PDUs, containment, PODs, modular infrastructure or similar) is highly desirable
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a general matrix organization
