- Build, develop and lead a high-performing team with focus on engagement and capability growth
- Own and drive the Sales u0026 Operations Planning process to enable cross-functional planning and decision-making
- Ensure compliant, efficient, and high-performing supply chain operations including GDP and audit readiness
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including launches and discontinuations




- Engage with regional governance forums and influence local supply chain decisionsResponsabilidades
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Solid experience leading supply chain operations (Su0026OP, logistics, distribution) in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of GDP, audits, product availability, inventory management, and external partner management
- Proven direct leadership experience as People Manager, with coaching and development skills
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication abilities across regional/global environments
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish is an advantage
