We're looking for an International Recruiter to join the Worldwiders team and help grow our general client network. This is a role with real ownership: you'll build your own book of clients, and for the right person it's a path to opening a new business line and eventually building a team around you. ?

What you'll do

You'll run full-cycle 360 recruitment - from business development to placement - building and owning your own client portfolio across international markets. That means winning new business, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships, and owning your pipeline, your KPIs, and the client experience end to end.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

Every day:

- Conversations with clients and candidates across different industries and locations
- Sourcing and headhunting
- Outreach to clients by phone, email, and LinkedIn

Every week:

- Monday kick-off meeting to start the week with the team
- Mid-week brand session for client updates and delivery planning
- Sessions you set up on your own initiative, leading delivery, mapping the talent market,



and driving actions with colleagues
- 6–8 candidate presentations, with a 75% sent-to-interview rate

We believe meetings should be kept to a minimum and always bring value, a next step, and clear actions.

Who we're looking for:

This isn't a role for everyone. We're not here to do what every other agency does, and that takes a genuinely high level of ambition, people who set hard targets and love breaking through where others coast. We hire A-players. ?

- Current 360 recruitment experience (within the last 5 years), agency-side, with clear new-business ownership
- A challenger mindset, you're comfortable challenging clients, candidates, and us, and taking control of the process
- A track record of overperforming against target, not just hitting it
- Strong personal drive, high accountability, genuinely goal-driven
- An entrepreneurial streak, you want to build, not maintain
- Excellent English and relationship-building skills

You shouldn't apply if:

- You've only worked with a warm desk and existing accounts
- You need someone else to open doors for you
- You're looking for a role you can coast in, or a slower, more supportive ramp-up
