Experteer Overview In this role you will deliver and operate modern software solutions for Clinical Development, taking end-to-end responsibility across the lifecycle in a regulated IT environment. You will work in an international product team, translating business needs into scalable solutions and driving continuous improvement. You’ll blend engineering with operations, collaborating closely with stakeholders to shape impactful IT services. - Deliver and operate software solutions with business stakeholders and IT units
- Act as technical contact for internal customers and translate demands into scalable IT solutions
- Hands-on work with modern technologies to build production-ready solutions
- Own lifecycle responsibilities including development, releases, operation, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to IT system lead activities: release coordination, change readiness, incident handling
- Participate in a product team from prototyping to scalable services
- Contribute to architectural discussions aligning with IT strategy
- Guide and collaborate with external developers when applicable
- Participate in agile delivery and support team coordination
- Support capability development and roadmap planning with the businessResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in modern programming languages and back-end technologies (e.G. Python)
- Experience with container-based or cloud-native solutions (e.G. OpenShift, AWS)
- Experience in CI/CD environments and toolchains (e.G. Jenkins, Git, Jira, Bitbucket)
- AWS or Azure exposure and IaC concepts (CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK) and cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, storage and databases)
- Experience delivering IT solutions from prototyping to productive operation at scale
- Experience in regulated environments (GxP) is a plus
- Willingness to learn across roles and adapt to evolving product needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork in international settings
