We’re Hoply , an innovative startup on a mission to reshape the immigration industry in Spain. Our digital platform helps foreigners obtain residence and work permits, nationality, and family permits – simply, professionally, and 100% online.

By combining expert legal knowledge with technology and AI, we’re transforming a traditionally complex process into something smoother, more accessible, and more human.

We’re now looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern to help us turn our growing marketing systems into consistent, high-quality output.

This is a hands-on role. We already have processes, tools, and AI systems being built across content, influencer marketing, and video. Your job will be to run them day-to-day, improve them, and make sure things actually get published.

You’ll work closely with the founding team, learn how a fast-moving startup operates, and have the opportunity to experiment with AI, automation, content, and growth from day one.

? What You’ll Work On

These are examples of the type of projects you’ll start with, but the role will evolve over time and is intentionally dynamic, with opportunities to contribute creatively and take initiative beyond execution.

? Influencer Marketing

We’re building an AI-powered process to identify, contact, and manage influencers.

You’ll help us turn that system into a repeatable growth channel by:

- Researching and identifying relevant influencers and creators.
- Managing day-to-day communication and follow-ups.
- Building and maintaining relationships with creators.
- Evaluating creators and content quality – you should have a good eye for what feels authentic, interesting, and high-quality.
- Helping us improve our influencer process and workflows over time.
- Using AI to make the process faster and more scalable.

✍️ Blog & Content We’re building an AI content engine to produce high-quality SEO content at scale. We need someone to own the execution and make sure there is consistent output.

You’ll

- Manage the day-to-day blog production process.
- Coordinate content from research through publication.
- Use AI tools to help research, draft, improve, and repurpose content.
- Review and edit AI-generated content to ensure it is accurate,



useful, natural, and aligned with Hoply's voice.
- Make sure articles are actually published consistently and on schedule.
- Work with Manu and Giona, who will focus on more technical areas such as SEO, UX/UI, website architecture, and content strategy.

You don’t need to be an SEO expert, but you should be curious, organized, and comfortable working with content and AI. ? Video

We’re also building an AI system for producing short-form video content and we need someone to run the process and ensure consistent output.

You’ll

- Help turn ideas, articles, and existing content into short-form videos.
- Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other channels.
- Handle basic editing such as assembling clips, speed cuts, voice/audio optimization, titles, captions, and B-roll.
- Use AI tools to speed up editing and repurposing.
- Help maintain a consistent publishing rhythm.
- Work with Manu on the systems and overall content strategy.

? AI & Growth AI is at the core of how we’re building our marketing operations. We’re particularly interested in someone who is genuinely curious about AI and automation , and who wants to understand how new tools can change the way marketing teams work.

You might work with tools such as:

- Claude / ChatGPT
- AI agents
- n8n
- Make
- Canva
- Descript / OpusClip
- Other emerging AI and automation tools

You don't need to know all of these already. We care much more about curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. ? Your Profile

We’re open to someone who is very junior and looking for their first real marketing experience, as well as someone with some previous experience.

What matters most is your mindset and interests :

- ? Strong interest in AI. You’re excited about tools like Claude, AI agents, n8n, and automation, and enjoy figuring out how they work.
- ? Interest in influencer marketing. You understand social media culture,



have an eye for quality, and are comfortable communicating and building relationships with people.
- ? Basic video editing skills. You understand the fundamentals of assembling clips, cutting for pace, improving voice/audio, adding titles, captions and B-roll.
- ✍️ Good communication skills. You can write clearly and communicate professionally in English and Spanish.
- ? Proactive and hands-on. You don't wait for someone to tell you every small step. You see something that needs doing and figure it out.
- ? Fast learner. You’re comfortable experimenting with tools you've never used before.
- ? Organized. You can manage recurring processes and make sure things actually get done and published.
- ? High standards. You care about whether something is genuinely good, not just whether it is finished.

Previous marketing experience is welcome, but not required. Mindset > CV. ✨ What We Offer

- Remote-first: work from wherever you are in Spain, with in-person team meetings around

3–4 times per year .

- Paid internship: 30–40 hours/week for six months, compensated at €550–€750/month .
- Potential to join the team full-time
after the internship based on performance and mutual fit.
