Reporting to Medical Management, you will use advanced assisted reproduction techniques to help patients achieve a successful pregnancy.Key ResponsibilitiesTreatment & Procedures- Apply assisted reproduction techniques- Perform ultrasounds and other complementary examinations- Perform hysteroscopies, ovarian punctures, etc.- Carry out ovarian stimulations (for insemination, IVF,



etc.)- Perform embryo transfers- Oversee personalised treatment plansAssessment & Diagnosis- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments to diagnose fertility issues- Interpret diagnostic test results- Review medical records and validate test resultsCounseling & Support- Conduct initial visits for new patients- Advise patients to identify the most appropriate solution for each case- Provide emotional support to patients and partners, addressing concerns and expectations- Inform patients about treatment options, risks, benefits, and success ratesCase Management & Coordination- Collect patients' medical history- Report on treatment progress during daily clinical meetings- Participate in case discussions to improve xqysrnh the quality of careOther- Represent the clinic at fairs, congresses, and patient meetingsWhat You'll Be Measured On- Group renewal- Treatment success rate (% of IVF cycles resulting in clinical pregnancy)- Implantation rate (% of transferred embryos that successfully implant)Role Details- Focus split: 40% treatment & procedures · 30% assessment & diagnosis · 20% counseling & support · 10% case management
